Located just 15 minutes from Wrexham Town Centre by car, the Alyn Waters Country Park, maintained by WCBC is split into two sides. One side can be accessed via the LLay Road, in LLay. The other side along the Old Road in Gwersyllt or the car park at Bradley cricket pitch.
In this post we will focus on the Bradley side.
Through Groundwork North Wales the park offers convenience parking, with a visitor centre, cafe and conference space. There are a great selection of walks, alongside the river Alyn and also throughout the park. Many of the paths are accessible for the disabled although the one along the riverside is steep at each end.

There are woodland trails to explore, play areas, adventure play areas, sculptures and much more. The scenery changes by season and the park offers something for everyone.
