A Spectacular evening of music and fireworks to launch the 50th anniversary concert season of the Wrexham Symphony Orchestra, is to be held on Saturday 8th June 2019.
To be held at the British Ironworks Centre, just 10 minutes over the Chirk Wales / England Border, on the A55 heading towards Shrewsbury, this is sure to be an evening to remember.

The concert will be set in over 100 acres of parkland, the most fabulous music event in the Borderlands. A whole family evening of top-class popular music from Radio, TV, Films and the Classics. We shall be commemorating the 75thAnniversary of the D-Day Landings with memorable music and songs from WW2.

Proms in the Park 2019 will conclude with a dazzling Star Wars firework spectacular… Make sure you bring your lightsabres!
You are welcome to bring a delicious picnic, cosy blankets, and comfy seating and as part of the evening, delicious treats will be served to you including very British strawberries and cream sundae. The Café will also be open all evening for those that fancy hot drinks or something sweet.
Proceeds collected on the night are in aid of the selected charity, underpinning the Ironworks Charitable support.
